In 2017, the UN Global Compact Office in New York, in collaboration with its Local Networks, created a shared set of values and behaviours to guide the work of every staff member as we strive to achieve our mission.

Based on the three core values of the United Nations — Integrity, Professionalism and Respect for Diversity — an additional nine values and behaviours were agreed upon to serve as the guiding spirit for our work at the UN Global Compact.

By truly embracing and living these values, we will be able to achieve our ambitious goals.
